Trevor Horn
A warm welcome to the official Trevor Horn homepage.
trevorhorn.com is being rebuilt and an all-new site will be here soon.
Escala
Trevor's first major album production of 2009 - Escala - is about to be released in the UK on 25 May and in the US on 23 June.
Trevor produces all eleven tracks on this, the self-titled debut album from the all-female string quartet and undoubted stars of ITV's Britain's Got Talent 2008. Highlights include Ennio Morricone's Chi Mai, Craig Armstrong's Finding Beauty, Robert Miles's Children and Wings' Live and Let Die. As their mentor Simon Cowell explains, “They are completely original and they have got it all; remarkable dedication and training, looks, intelligence, the right attitude to make it big and music that has wide appeal. With their amazing stage presence as well, they are a rare talent.”
Kid Harpoon
Stealing Cars is the new single from Kid Harpoon, is set for release on 20 July via iTunes and good old fashioned 7" vinyl.
Produced by Trevor Horn, it's the first taste from Kid's forthcoming album, which will be out in September.
ABC
Trevor was on stage at the Albert Hall last night to introduce ABC, performing their Horn-produced 80s-defining classic The Lexicon of Love live, in its entirety.
Martin Fry and ABC were backed by the BBC Concert Orchestra with Trevor's long-standing collaborator Anne Dudley conducting. Another old friend, Gary Langan mixed the show. But the stars of the night were the songs: Poison Arrow, The Look of Love, and All of My Heart.
Robbie Williams
Trevor is currently working at his Sarm West studios with Robbie Williams on tracks for his new album, due for release later this year.
Stay tuned.
